Premise

This private agreement, called “Terms and Conditions” (“T&C”), regulates the relationship between [Agency Name], with registered office in [Address], (“Agency”) and the Models who wish to use its promotional services for OnlyFans (“Models”).

Article 1 – Definitions

For the purposes of these T&Cs, the following are intended:

• Agency:  [Agency Name], as defined above.
• Model:  natural person of legal age who uses the OnlyFans platform for creating and sharing content.
• Services:  the promotional activities carried out by the Agency on behalf of the Model on OnlyFans, including, by way of example and not limited to, the creation of promotional content, social media management, the search for new fans and sponsors.
• Compensation:  the sum of money paid to the Agency by the Model for the services performed.

Article 2 – Object

The Agency is committed to promoting the Model’s OnlyFans profile in order to increase her visibility and the number of fans and sponsors. The Model instructs the Agency to carry out the Services according to the methods set out in Article 3.

Article 3 – Services

The Agency undertakes to carry out the following Services:

• Creation of promotional content for the Model’s OnlyFans profile, including images, videos and texts.
• Managing the Model’s social media, posting regular content and interacting with fans.
• Search for new fans and sponsors for the Model’s OnlyFans profile.
• Advice and assistance to the Model for the management of her OnlyFans profile.

Article 4 – Compensation

The Agency Compensation amounts to [percentage]% of the Model’s net earnings on OnlyFans, net of taxes and platform fees. The Compensation will be paid to the Model monthly, by the [day] of the following month.

Article 5 – Duration

The relationship between the Agency and the Model will last [duration], starting from the date of signing these T&Cs. The relationship may be renewed for a further period of [duration] upon written agreement between the parties.

Article 6 – Withdrawal

Either party may terminate this contract at any time with [days] days’ notice. In the event of withdrawal by the Model, the Agency will be entitled to the pro-rata compensation for the Services performed up to the date of withdrawal.

Article 7 – Confidentiality

The parties undertake to maintain confidentiality of all confidential information relating to this contract.

Article 8 – Competent Court

For any dispute arising from or in any way connected to these T&Cs, the Court of [city] will be competent.

Article 9 – Final Clause

These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements, communications or representations, whether written or oral.
